This is Darryl Olive - I need your help.

It is tough to ask for help; I’ve always been a doer, independent and self-driven but I need your help.

In the last three years I have experienced significant trauma and abuse –racial abuse, legal discrimination, severe psychological abuse throughout my trials with the court systems.

A large part of this abusive process has had severe financial impact:

being blocked from my business, my earnings, my tax refunds, my tangible personal and business assets and even subtle ways at preventing me from working, such as taking my computer from me and blocking access to my home, daily clothes, medications and service animal.

I no longer have a lot of faith in the court system. I’ve been silenced in very overt and subtle ways; from being pushed into homelessness, being unduly arrested, having limited ability to submit evidence to law enforcement and poor follow-through from other social institutions in place to protect public safety and my personal safety.

This has had severe impact on my mental and emotional well being as well as a harsh financial burden due to ongoing challenges and costs linked to the court processes.

Ultimately, I have been navigating a system that supports silencing, coercion, racial bias and sometimes the violation of my rights.

After financial losses totaling over $250,000, I still need legal help as I face ongoing trials.

I ask for your support today.

Without the help and support of my friends, family and community, I cannot fight for my rights to end these wrongs and reclaim my life.
