**Support Our Hero's Final Journey: Help Fund Smitty's Farewell**

My name is Arleen "Bambi" Smith, and we are reaching out to you today with heavy hearts. "Who dies at 55?"

Our beloved brother, uncle, father, nephew, cousin, friend and mentor was a dedicated veteran of the United States Marines, having served in Desert Storm and the Gulf War in Iraq. After 20 years of honorable service, he left this world far too soon at the age of 55. Tragically, he passed away from stage 4 colon cancer on Friday, September 13, 2024, just two months after his diagnosis, of course knowing our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. "Amen!"

We are asking for financial support to cover his extra burial expenses and to help his three young daughters travel to and from California for his funeral for Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM. As we know "Smitty" he would have given his last dollar to anyone in need.
