Support our KinderCare Cupertino Teachers

Dear Parents, Friends and Family of the KinderCare Cupertino Community,
As we navigate the daily updates on COVID-19 from our government officials, employers, neighborhoods and surrounding networks, what has become top of mind recently is this –
For the teachers that we wholeheartedly entrust with taking care of our children every day, there is uncertainty on when they can go back to their jobs.
Our teachers have been temporarily laid off and have stopped receiving their bi-weekly paychecks. It is becoming even more uncertain on the date they can return to work. We are concerned federal unemployment aid is not enough to support some of our teachers and their families and applications for aid may take time to get approved.
We have 24 teachers (breakdown provided below) that take care of 128 children.
Our goal is to get to $32,000.
If your family is in a position to do so, please consider supporting our teachers, the sole reason we can go to work worry-free everyday.
We know this is a tough time financially for many. If you're unable to contribute, we more than understand. Simply spreading the word about this campaign to your family, friends and communities will help us rally the continued support we need to help our dedicated teachers.
Stay safe, healthy and happy.
Warm regards,
Parents of KinderCare Cupertino
