Support Our Medical Staff - Bergen

The community in Bergen County supports our doctors ❤️❤️  ( Hebrew below)

**** We have now expanded food delivery to support the medical staff and families of additional hospitals and facilities: Holy Name, Lincoln, Memorial Sloan Kettering and others****

In our community, doctors and medical teams are working around the clock to provide medical care in hospitals during these challenging days. Therefore, we have chosen to give the doctors and medical staff  hot and nutritious food twice a week in the coming months, starting on March 31, 2020. The food will be distributed directly to the medical staff led by Dr. Danit Arad at the Hackensack Hospital.  Deliveries will also be made to the homes of the the medical staff from the Hackensack Hospital who were unfortunately infected with COVID-19 while tending to patients, to their family members and other doctors from our community.  

The food will be prepared and shipped by A FEW food providers in the community to maintain patients' privacy and to manage the logistics with the doctors and the hospital in the best way possible.

We would appreciate donation of any amount, small or large, starting at $15 (initial cost for one meal) that you, our community members, can contribute.

בקהילה שלנו רופאים וצוותי רפואה שעושים ימים כלילות כדי לתת מענה רפואי בבתי חולים בימים מאתגרים אלה. לכן, בחרנו להעניק לרופאים ולצוותי הרפואה מזון חם ומזין פעמיים בשבוע בחודש הקרוב, החל ממחר 31 במרץ 2020. המזון יחולק לצוות הרפואי בבית החולים בהאקנסק שבראשותה של ד״ר דנית ערד שיגיע אליהם לבית החולים, לביתם של צוותי הרפואה מבית
החולים בהאקנסק שלצערנו חלו בקורונה במהלך עבודתם ולבני משפחתם ולרופאים מהקהילה שלנו.

המזון יוכן וישלח על ידי כמה ספקים בודדים בקהילה כדי לשמור על פרטיות החולים ולנהל את אופרציה מול הרופאים ובתי
החולים באופן מיטבי.

נשמח לכל תרומה קטנה כגדולה, החל מ-15 דולר (עלות ראשונית למנה אחת) מכם, חברי הקהילה.
