Hi,

my name is Chiara and I'm the president of non-profit Associazione Bambino Uganda.

The other members are John Bosco Odongo, the vice-president, Maria Grazia, finance administrator, Lia, secretary, Carlo and Angelo in charge of finding new fundraising and sponsors.

In 2020 we started to operate in Loro, a region in the north part of Uganda. Since then, we supported poor families and orphans through training in agricultural techniques that can break the cycle of poverty and improve their standard of living. We helped many children and young people with their studies, making their dream life come true. It is our way of sharing Mercy and Compassion with them. We started with a few poor families but we are helping more and more people.

The Association helps the needy by setting up nurseries where they plant different crops such as aubergines, tomatoes and many other vegetables. This practice aims to improve family income and food security for children and families living in the council of Loro, Uganda.

We are also buiding a carpentery and a tailory to help people learn a job and gain some money.

Our next goal is to build a medical center for people that can't access medical treatments like many women that have to give birth in critical conditions.

Even a small donation is important for us, help us to make this world a better place for everybody!

Ciao,

mi chiamo Chiara e sono la presidente dell'Associazione Bambino Uganda.

Gli altri membri sono John Bosco Odongo, il vice presidente, Maria Grazia, contabile, Lia, segretaria, Carlo e Angelo, incaricati di trovare nuovi fondi e sponsor.

Nel 2020 abbiamo iniziato a fare opere a Loro, una regione nel nord dell'Uganda. Da allora, abbiamo sostenuto famiglie povere e orfani attraverso la formazione in tecniche agricole in grado di rompere il ciclo della povertà e migliorare il loro tenore di vita. Abbiamo aiutato molti bambini e giovani a studiare, realizzando i loro sogni di vita. È il nostro modo di condividere con loro la misericordia e la compassione. Abbiamo iniziato con poche famiglie povere, ma stiamo aiutando sempre più persone.

L' Associazione aiuta i bisognosi creando vivai in cui vengono piantate diverse colture, come melanzane, pomodori e molti altri ortaggi. Questa pratica mira a migliorare il reddito familiare e la sicurezza alimentare dei bambini e delle famiglie che vivono nel comune di Loro, in Uganda.

Ora stiamo costruendo una falegnameria e una sartoria per aiutare le persone a imparare un mestiere e guadagnare qualcosa.

Il nostro prossimo obiettivo è costruire un centro medico per le persone che non possono accedere alle cure mediche come delle donne che devono partorire in condizioni critiche.
