We are Jess and Jake an Orlando-based travel couple currently converting a school bus into our first home. The journey hasn’t been the smoothest and we’ve documented all of our triumphs and failures with our wonderful supporters through social media.
We’ve been pushed to start this GoFundMe by our followers due to the many roadblocks that we have run into within the past few months. We have long debated if this is something that we felt comfortable with, as it is difficult for us to accept help. This campaign is strictly for people who have repeatedly asked to help us out and have the means to contribute.
Recently we have been dealing with complication after complication with our school bus. From 4 mechanical repairs, a winch from hell, 8 tows, being impounded, and now a full engine failure.
At this point, the build is at a halt and therefore no new content is being produced. We want to continue this journey and make our biggest dream become a reality. For a detailed account of our entire conversion thus far and all of these recent bumps in the road check out our social platforms!
