Support Drip Tea Post Burglary!

To our beloved friends, family and supporters,

We’re reaching out to you with heavy hearts as we process the recent break-in at our Drip Tea Kent location. At 11:30pm Thurs, October 17th, our window was smashed, gate was broken, and tens of thousands of dollars worth of inventory was stolen.

While theft is an unfortunate reality many retailers face, it’s never easy, especially when it comes to insurance coverage of secondhand purchased goods.

After two long years of construction, we were happy to announce our grand opening in July 2024. We were finally able to execute our dream of retail and bubble tea under one roof and were excited to provide a safe space for everyone to come together, from car meets to flea markets and more.

We were hesitant to ask for help, but were encouraged by friends and family to start a GoFundMe to get us on our feet and start the process of repairs while we pursue our ongoing battle with insurance.
