Support Our Teachers: Kid Krazy Caterpillars
Donation protected
The global pandemic has put a new strain on families and small businesses everywhere. With school closed and many parents out of work and unable to afford tuition, Ms. Chin made the very difficult decision to temporarily lay off our beloved assistant teachers: Ms. Abbie, Ms. Tiffani, Ms. K and Ms. Kenya in the Caterpillar class.
If you, like me, have been able to continue working, or if you are someone who suddenly finds yourself spending less every month now that you can't go out to eat or you no longer have a commute to pay for, or if you are someone who just wants to take back some control of this situation and do something to make a difference, consider donating to our Teacher Assistants Support Fund.
If you can afford to donate $20 or $50, I know it will be appreciated. If you're in a position to donate more, maybe a weekly or monthly donation of $100 or $200 to help make up the lost tuition from an unemployed or underemployed family at our school, please consider that. The goal is to make up for our teachers' lost income so that they are able to ride this out and come back to work when Kid Krazy reopens.
We entrust these kind, caring women with our most precious family members. In this dark time in history, let's share the burden across our community. We will get through this together.
