Trap-Neuter-Return or Trap-Neuter-Release is the humane and effective approach for stray and feral cats and dogs.

Trap-Neuter-Return is successfully practiced in hundreds of communities and in every landscape and setting in the US and Europe. It is exactly what it sounds like: Cats or Dogs are humanely trapped and taken to a veterinarian to be neutered and vaccinated. After recovery, they are returned to their home—their colony—outdoors.

Grounded in science, TNR stops the breeding cycle of cats and dogs and therefore improves their lives while preventing reproduction. It mainly reduced the misery of kittens and puppies born and abused in the streets.
