Envision a quiet space to heal through movement, connect, navigate traumas, and have access to tools and techniques that will produce a lasting impact on your health and well-being.

Who We Are

Co-founded by Nichole and Selena, Enso is a vision of a small, local business that aims to create a safe space for the community to recharge, connect, heal and exist peacefully and authentically.

We've combined our efforts to provide a sturdy support system, diverse offerings, and intentional care with trauma-informed approaches. This healing center would be the first of its kind settled within Historic Valley Junction, where the rich and diverse culture aligns with our goal of increasing community support and providing experiences to rejuvenate spirits and transform lives.

Each of us has experienced the transformative power of healing from trauma firsthand. It is our passion and purpose to extend this opportunity to others in our community. We believe that everyone deserves a space where they can focus on their well-being, surrounded by experienced practitioners and a supportive community.

Key Needs

Your thoughtful contribution will go toward outfitting the space with the required tools, furnishings and repairs needed to provide healing, security, and comfort to support those who seek services and solace. This will include:

-Building Improvements + Remodel

-Equipment + Props

-Furniture + Supplies

Our goal is to raise these funds in the next month to transform the space with the above items. Any additional funds raised would be utilized to enhance the space, office expenses, and provide additional opportunities for collaboration and healing.

Standing by our mission, we aim to give back to our community by hosting organizations monthly that need our support and can benefit from using our space or services. Each month, a non-profit, local small business, mission group or entity that aligns with the mission of improving the lives of humanity will be offered the use our space at no charge. We also plan to recognize all of our donors during a special celebration and include a token of acknowledgement that will be showcased at the space for all of our members to see.
