Support Owen's Healing Journey Together

Dear Friends & Family of Owen Todd,

I am reaching out to share some tough news & to ask for your support today.

As many of us friends know Owen “The Mountain Goat Todd” is an avid & experienced hiker who, like many of his friends finds immense joy & peace walking amongst the golden larches & hiking these gorgeous PNW mountains ️.

Earlier this week Owen was seriously injured while hiking. Without going into great detail, Owen fell from over 40 feet down a cliffside ravine & miraculously survived. Owen however sustained serious injuries to his jaw, mouth & teeth.

Today is the fourth day of hospitalization. As I write this, Owen is undergoing surgery to repair his broken jaw.

As many of us know, medical expenses during the long road to recovery can be overwhelming & even debilitating in our current healthcare climate. Owen is stubborn & would never ask anything of his friends, & is admittedly “not good at being vulnerable” especially with a physical injury.

These moments are why we have family, friends & community to wrap ourselves around the people we love and lift them back up. Today if you can spare $1 dollar, $5, $20 dollars or really anything … it all helps. Funds will go towards medical bills, dental bills, as well as supporting Owen through the time he will be unable to work.
