Karl Manke, who opened his barber shop back up Monday and has been cutting hair since, was issued two citations by Owosso police today for operating a non-essential business during the governor’s executive order. Each misdemeanor citation carries a possible 90-day jail term and/or a $1,000 fine.

Raising funds to support Karl Manke. Money issued to Karl for legal fees, unconstitutional citations and financial loss due to unlawful citations etc.  All funds (outside of Gofund me percentage) to go to Karl Manke.
