Support Pablo's Recovery and Rebuild La Casita

Hi, I’m Samantha Gonzalez, wife of Pablo and co-owner of La Casita.

On Friday, March 28, 2025, our restaurant, La Casita, caught fire. While my father in-law, "Big" Pablo, is recovering from minor injuries at home, my husband, "Little" Pablo, has suffered severe burns to his face, hand, and legs. His recovery will be long, most likely requiring surgery and extended time in the hospital. As if that weren’t hard enough, he is currently without medical insurance due to transitioning coverage, which means we’re facing mounting medical bills in addition to the loss of our business.

The road ahead is uncertain and difficult, that's why we are humbly asking for help to ease the financial burden during this recovery process. We are hoping to raise funds not only for Pablo’s medical treatment but also to help us get on the path to rebuild La Casita and get back to serving our beloved community. The support you’ve shown us over the years has meant the world to us, and we know we have a strong, loving community behind us.
