It is with immense sorrow that we share the devastating news of the unexpected passing of our dear Palani Annamalai on April 4, 2023. A family vacation in Puerto Rico took a tragic turn when Palani was caught in a rip current, leaving us all in shock and disbelief.

Palani was a loving dad, beloved husband, caring son, supportive brother, and a true friend. His kindness, compassion, and dedication to his family and friends will always be remembered. He had a unique ability to brighten any room he entered and was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Gomathi, Palani's wife, is a resilient two-time cancer survivor who continues to face ongoing diagnosis and treatment. Together, they have raised their children, who have faced the challenges of autism with courage and determination. This family has already faced numerous challenges, and this tragic loss adds to their struggles. As they navigate the uncertain path ahead, Gomathi, Ashwin, and Rishi will need our unwavering support and love.

In these trying times, we must rally around them to show them that they are not alone. This campaign aims not only to provide financial assistance but also to connect everyone who was near and dear to Palani, creating a strong support network for his family. By coming together, we can share our memories, offer emotional support, and help Gomathi, Ashwin, and Rishi face the future with strength and hope.

Palani Annamalai was a resident of Monroe, NJ, originally from Salem, Tamil Nadu. He worked for ADP after graduating from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.
