Palestinian Family's Resettlement Supports

My name is Miranda Minassian, and I am currently supporting a Palestinian Family resettle to Canada in early December.

I am a University of Ottawa Common Law student who was connected to the family by a lawyer involved in their file. All funds raised will be transferred by me to the family on arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me directly.

I hope this message reaches you in good health and spirits as we step into a New Year filled with hope and possibilities.

I am a Palestinian individual seeking to rebuild my life in Canada after enduring the hardships and devastation caused by the ongoing crisis in Gaza.

This journey represents a new beginning for me, my 80 years old father, my brother, his wife and their 3-year-old son.

Our family also includes my three beloved cats who thanks to the SPCA will also be accompanying me.

However, it also carries significant challenges as I work to create a safe and secure environment in a new country, especially while coping with the difficulties we have faced earlier.

We spent 9 months in Egypt awaiting for the visas to be issued and we consumed all our resources before arriving to Canada.

This difficult reality has inspired me to embrace the New Year spirit—a time of renewal and resilience—and I am reaching out to ask for your support in the spirit of giving that defines this season.

Your generosity would not only provide immediate relief but also help me focus on rebuilding my life and securing a stable foundation. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference during this pivotal time.
