Support Pancake's Surgery After Vicious Attack

Hello. My name is Joyce Gutierrez and I am the aunt to this sweet adorable pot belly pig, Pancake. She is one of the kindest animals you will ever meet and will soon be delivering her sweet piglets. Her favorite thing to do is lay in front of my sister’s door and does not move very fast at all because she is so big with her babies. She weighs 165lbs!! This morning on the way to feed her my sister, noticed that it was extremely quiet. She saw pancake not moving and blood all over the ground. Lying beside Pancake was a pit bull dog, just watching my sister. Luckily, the dog did not attack her. Pancake was not so lucky. Both ears were bit off, several bites were all over her body and she was in shock. There were 2 dogs in all. One chicken was eaten and luckily the goats were not harmed and their other pig was lucky enough to find a hiding spot. My nephew was able to get her to vet where she is going to need surgery and will stay in the hospital for 5 days. Her vet bill will be $3,500 according to her vet. UGA, in Martin GA. My nephew and his wife work extremely hard but money is hard just like with everybody else right. Even $1 or $2 will help. Please help Pancake have her surgery. They believe they have a lead on who the dogs belong to and the police have been called. No arrests have been made and the dogs are still running loose.
