My Mom was diagnosed in March 2019  with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 4/5. Dialysis is soon to be started and eventually she will need a transplant. She is one of many strong and brave women as well as the most caring mother/grandmother. Many know her starting from her delicious cooking up to her famous tamales. We can keep describing the person she is but many of y’all have entered her life and shared unforgettable moments with her. My family and I have faith that God will continue on blessing and providing, unfortunately due to how fast we receive the news we need financial help.
