Support Patrick and Eric’s Rebuilding Effort

Supporting Patrick, Eric, and Daniel After the Eaton Fire:

The recent Eaton Fire in Altadena destroyed Patrick Garcia and Eric Baker's rental property at 19 and 23 East Pine Street, a home they worked for many years to build as a source of income and financial stability. While their primary home was spared, this property represented years of dedication and effort toward creating a secure future for their family. The loss has left them facing significant rebuilding costs beyond what their insurance will cover, including debris removal, architectural fees, and other unexpected expenses.

This fundraiser aims to raise funds to support Patrick and Eric with expenses like debris removal, architectural and engineering fees, Title 24 compliance upgrades, and potential lost rental income during the rebuilding phase. Additionally, the widespread rebuilding effort in the area has driven up the cost of construction materials, further adding to the financial challenge.

Patrick, Eric, and Daniel have always been a source of kindness and support to their community. Now, we have the opportunity to come together and support them. All funds raised will go directly to them to help let them know they are loved and cared for during this extremely challenging time.
