Support Paul Bowser Sr.'s Memorial Fund

Paul Bowser Sr., known to many as a faithful husband, father, grandfather, Pastor, counselor, and friend. A list that could easily go on and on… to know Paul is to love him and his heart for loving and serving others. We know there are thousands of you that have been touched by his ministry and friendship. Paul served faithfully in pastoral ministry for over 50 years, devoting himself to the care and shepherding of many church congregations across the US from Arizona, Ohio, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Serving others, studying the Word of God, and desiring all to know the love of God was truly Paul’s greatest desire in life. Those who had the chance to sit under his ministry know his faithfulness in following that calling.
As his Parkinson’s disease progressed, he retired from serving in ministry and enjoyed several years devoted to time with his loved ones, still always finding ways to love and encourage them through the Word of God, even as Parkinson’s overtook his body. His legacy lives on through his loving wife, Sandy, who he loved more than anything. His children and grandchildren who all hope to leave even half the mark he did through his life and ministry.
Paul lost his battle to Parkinson’s on August 12th, in his home, surrounded by his loving family. The song, "It is Well" was playing softly as he took his last breath, we as a family encourage you to listen to it, truly his hearts prayer. We are heartbroken by the loss of such a tremendous man, but we do not grieve without hope! We rejoice knowing he is at peace, his broken body is restored, and he is worshipping our Savior! What a comfort that brings to our hearts!
We’ve created this memorial fund with the hope of supporting Sandy, Paul’s wife in the wake of his loss and bring relief to the medical bills and memorial expenses. We know she would be greatly blessed by any support she might receive at this time. Whether through prayers, sharing how Paul played a part in your life, or through any donation amount.
As Paul would have wanted, we’ll leave you all with one last word of encouragement, his favorite verse, Romans 8:28. “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”
In place of flowers or gifts, the family asks to send donations to help with the financial burden of his death.
