Support Paul Roberts and The Pizza Place Legacy

Hi, I’m Makenzie Willis. I grew up on Signal Mountain and I’m setting this up on behalf of Paul Roberts, owner of The Pizza Place. This family-friendly restaurant has been a favorite to many over the past 35 years, and was my first job as a teenager.

Paul has spent half of his life dedicated to his restaurant and invested all of his retirement and more to keep it open to his customers.

Unfortunately, it hasn’t been able to come back quite the same after the pandemic in 2020 and his customer flow has been declining since. Despite all of his strong efforts, he will have to close the doors by the end of this month.

By closing The Pizza Place, he will be walking away with less than he had when he started. The purpose of this GoFundMe is to build a “retirement fund” to help replace some of the money that was invested into staying open for so long.

Any and all donations will be going straight to Paul and put toward expenses left over from the restaurant and for financial support after everything is finalized. Every cent counts and is very appreciated! ❤️
