Support Paul's Fight and Road to Recovery

Donation protected
On June 6th, Paul was taken by ambulance to Summerlin hospital in Las Vegas where he had an emergency intubation. The next day, he had sepsis shock with a fever of 109. Many of his vital organs sustained damage as he fought for his life in the ICU. His throat swelled during this battle where strep A infection was found flooding his bloodstream. Because of this and other factors, he later had a tracheotomy.

Today, he is still unresponsive as his family works with his team of doctors and nurses to determine what is preventing him from waking up after three weeks. The journey ahead will be difficult for him and his family as it will include long-term care with physical therapy.

We are reaching out to you, our friends, family, and community to ask for your support. Any donation will help go directly to Paul’s medical bills and rehabilitation. Your contribution will help alleviate some of the financial stress on his family.

Update: Today was the hardest day of the Blomstrom family's lives as they said goodbye to a beloved member of the family. Paul was an amazing husband and father. He was a dedicated and loving son. He was a faithful and supportive brother. He was a friend to everyone that met him. Today we said goodbye to Paul as he gained his wings and became the guardian angle to those he loved. We appreciate all the love and support that we have received as we navigate through this difficult time.
