Support Pensfield Place's Recovery from Theft

The Pensfield Place Community in Sylmar is in desperate need of help! Early Sunday morning, around 1am, the security gate that housed our water meter was broken into with a hacksaw. The thieves stole the entire water meter, copper piping, and water regulator. This left the entire complex of 30 units without water. We had to call an emergency plumber for a temporary fix. Our water pressure without the proper parts is now through the roof, causing pipes to burst in units and damaging appliances.

The cost for parts and labor is roughly $15k-$20k and we are in a desperate situation to raise money to fix and bring water back to our community. Any little bit helps, and we are really calling our City (Sylmar) to arms to help us get back to our normal way of life.

Theft has become such a problem, and one that affects us all. Such a selfish act of one can devastate many, in one fell swoop. Keep us in your prayers, and bless anyone this reaches and lends a hand to our humble little community.
