Help Perrine, Sam & Zoey Get Resettled After Altadena Fire

Donation protected
UPDATE: Thank you all for helping us reach 35k. Perrine and Sam are so grateful. Any further donations will still make an huge impact to them both as they navigate these next steps.
——
Perrine & Sam bought their place in Altadena in July 2024 after renting since 2020 and falling in love with the community. They wanted to build a permanent home for their baby Zoey, who is now 22 months old . Zoey loved their home and their backyard, often sitting out there solo, having big thoughts about the world. They have lost their home and everything in it in the Eaton Wildfire. Sam was able to get out with the cats and a few items but their lives have been completely upended, just like their entire community.

Insurance is going to be a long process, and will not cover everything they need. They, like many, still have a mortgage to cover. We are creating this page to help them with whatever insurance and other government programs like FEMA will not be able to assist with. This fund will go towards replacing uninsured or sentimental items lost in the fire as well as supporting their mental health and well-being as they navigate this challenging journey. All our campaign focuses on is the gaps that remain. Thank you for your help <3

What This Campaign Will Not Cover:
Please note that these funds will not be used for costs covered by their insurance policy or by FEMA, such as home reconstruction, debris removal, or insured personal property. Instead, your generous contributions will help them manage the unexpected expenses and emotional toll that come with rebuilding their lives.

How You Can Help:
Any amount you can contribute will make a meaningful difference and is deeply appreciated. Sharing this campaign with your network is another impactful way to support Perrine and Sam during this challenging time.

Lastly, we understand concerns about fraudulent GoFundMe pages. For transparency, this campaign is organized by Christina Azarian, a family friend. Over the past week, we’ve been collecting items for the family, and many people have expressed interest in donating through this platform. Thank you for your kindness and support.
