Support Pete Cahill's Rehab from Surgery

I am starting this GoFundMe page for my dear friend, Pete Cahill. He was mauled by a pack of four dogs in Fairmount Park just before dawn on January 10th. He had to have both legs amputated below the knee. Please give whatever you can. No amount is too small, and large donations are also welcome! Thank you so much for your donation!

I have been in contact with some of Pete's family members, and the amount raised will be used for a range of items (including prosthetic limbs, which can be very expensive). Pete and his family will decide how to best utilize the funds.

Pete is a West Philly legend in the bicycle courier world. I met him when I rode for Diamond Courier Service and got to dispatch him at TimeCycle. He also is a rock-and roll and American roots music aficionado. Above all, he is a compassionate, loving human who would give you the shirt off his back if you were in need. Pete's indomitable spirit will rise above this tragedy (he has told me so!)
