PBAC entered into a contract with RPM that went against our banking bylaws. Our banking bylaws had language banking and deposits in Pinellas County to protect owners' money. Due to not getting a vote on material alterations, property being neglected, aka commercial buildings, and our money being moved out of Pinellas County, we had to retain a lawyer.
