Support Premature baby Alaia Moschiano

On September 8, 2021 my youngest sister Alexis Russ woke up experiencing shortness of breath and dizziness, so her and Trevor decided to take a trip to the ER. Upon arrival she had some swelling, fluid in her lungs and a blood pressure of 214/117. Shortly after being seen by the doctor Alexis was diagnosed with severe Preeclampsia. The severity of her condition quickly became life threatening to both her and the baby and doctors decided to perform an emergency C-section. At just 25 weeks Alexis and Trevor welcomed their beautiful baby girl Alaia Carmen-Jo Moschiano into the world weighing just 1lb 8oz. Alaia was quickly rushed to the NICU where she is currently stable and fighting everyday! Alaia and Alexis are both on the road to recovery and this is a very difficult time for their little family. Trevor, Alexis and Alaia have a long journey ahead but with patients and the support of their loved ones they’ll be able to remain hopeful and in good spirit.
