Support Premature Baby Maverick

Hi my name is Alexys. My son Maverick was born at 25 weeks on March 12,2022. We are currently at Cardinal Glennon Hospital in the NICU. Maverick has had a lot of bowel issues since he was born. He has had 4 surgeries, for a drain tube, a colostomy bag, reconnected twice and then had to have a colostomy bag again. Unfortunately I am two hours away from home and not able to be with family etc. i have been in St Louis for 5 months now by myself. I am unable to work to be able to be with maverick everyday. He still has a long journey ahead of him and more surgeries in the future. I own my house, my car etc and would like help paying my bills for items like gas money when I need to go home and for when Maverick comes home and has to come up to St. Louis for doctors appointments. I am unable to return to work for the time being so that I can learn in home care for when Maverick is home bound. He will need therapy at home so I would like to be present for that. Maverick is a little fighter and has been through so much. And it has been nice to be able to be in the hospital with him everyday, but the financial burden is not without its limits. Any donations will help support my sweet little family so that we can be together and learn how to manage his care. Your kindness will be what I use to supplement my lost income so that I can be the best mommy for my sweet baby Maverick.
