Funds will be used to promote the film and to hire the Family Building marketing specialty firm, OurMisconception, based in Chesapeake, Virginia. OurMisconception was referred to me by the Executive Director of Resolve.org, the largest infertility association in the United States. The staff at OurMisconception have gone through their own infertility journeys. For all these reasons, OurMisconception is a perfect fit to help determine how PULLING THE GOALIE can make the greatest impact. My hope is to secure sponsorships with corporations and possibly clinics to provide the funds necessary to continue to make the greatest impact towards infertility awareness and advocacy.

MY GOAL: MAKING THE GREATEST IMPACT

1) Raise Awareness: 1 Million Views

2) Lessen the sense of isolation and loneliness: De-stigmatize infertility

3) Help people who can’t afford infertility treatments: Mandate Insurance Coverage for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). I want access to basic ART, to at least trying to have your own biological child, to be recognized as a basic human right and not just accessible to those who can afford it.
