Support Rachae and Deon in Their Time of Need

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Hearts,

I come to you today with a heavy heart to ask for your support for my dear friend Rachae and her husband, Deon, who are facing an overwhelming situation. On behalf of Rachae, I want to share that last Thursday, September 5th, Deon suffered a stroke coming home from work. Since that day, Rachae has been by his side at the hospital, with their son, Kadeane, doing his best to support them during this incredibly challenging time.

Rachae and Deon were in the process of moving to a new apartment when this unexpected crisis struck. Now, instead of focusing on their new beginning, they are navigating the complexities of Deon’s medical condition, which includes high blood pressure and the potential for further complications. While Deon is responsive—opening his eyes and squeezing Rachae’s hand—he has not been able to communicate since the stroke.

This GoFundMe campaign aims to alleviate some of the financial burdens that Rachae and Deon are facing. Medical expenses are mounting, and as they both continue to balance their time between the hospital and managing everyday life, transportation costs and future medical needs will only add to their worries. We want to ensure that Rachae and Deon can focus on healing without the additional stress of financial strain.
