Support Raqell for Miss Delaware USA

Hi Family & Friends! I recently made the last minute decision to compete for miss delaware usa 2024 with the hopes of reaching the Miss Universe® stage one day as Miss USA®. This fundraiser will help with program fees, last minute coaching sessions & any other pageant related expenses. The pageant is slated for April 28th, If you would like to come & support me; Prelims begin @ 1pm & Finals begin @7pm. Tickets will be sold at the door. You can also watch the pageant live on pageantvision.com. I greatly appreciate any support all of you provide. Serving as Miss Dover USA 2024 is a great honor, and I am ready to represent! I plan to take you all along this journey with me, and I am excited to see the growth that will come out of this experience. Even though this is one of my many dreams, I know that this dream is meant for me.
