Support Rare Care Kits' Mission To Uplift Patients

Rare Care Kits is a project dedicated to creating and distributing personalized care packages to patients with rare diseases. Our mission is to provide comfort, support, and a sense of community to these individuals and their families, who often face significant challenges due to the rarity of their conditions.

We're raising funds to go support shipping the packages to patient organizations for rare diseases that will then ship the packages to the patients. 

These packages will go to patients across the nation and we hope to donate 1000 care packages to patients with rare diseases! 

To break down how your donation will help us in our project, each care package costs about $5-8 to make. Shipping is based on volume/weight of the package. The packages are average size and weigh around 2-4lbs which costs $6-10 to ship, bringing each package amount to about $11-18. 

With such a large amount of packages to ship combined with the costs of making the package, it becomes extremely difficult for us to finance.
