We are Rasha and Jana from Lebanon. We need your help to become teachers of the Transcendental Meditation technique to bring peace in the Middle East.

Hi. I'm Rasha Al Bitar. That’s me in front. I am 23 years old, about to graduate from Lebanese University Faculty of Technology with a degree in Communication and Computer Network Engineering. While the tech world excites me, discovering Transcendental Meditation (TM) has profoundly changed my life. TM has brought me immense inner calm and clarity, acting as a natural stress-buster, as well as its positive impact on myself from natural law support.

My goal is to introduce TM to hospitals, schools, universities, and our security forces. Imagine students feeling less overwhelmed and managing pressure better. Picture security forces on the frontlines of daily stress, finding moments of inner peace. Hospital patients and staff finding relief from anxiety and a stressful environment. That's the kind of change I dream of creating by introducing TM to our communities.

Becoming a certified TM teacher will not only deepen my own practice and knowledge but also enhance my ability to share this technique effectively. Your support will help me spread the gift of TM to create positive change in our community.

I’m Jana Raydan, a Lebanese University student studying psychology. Learning Transcendental Meditation was a defining moment in my life. It has altered every aspect of it tremendously and still does.

Becoming a certified teacher will help me spread this technique efficiently and change lives positively. All of us deserve a chance to experience true bliss and the support of all laws of nature, to be able to clean all the accumulated stress we carry all the time. I want to reach out to everyone—students, people in the medical field, military personnel, fire fighters, teachers, and workers in all domains—all those in desperate need to alleviate overwhelming and intense stress, who want lasting peace and fulfilment but don’t know how or where to find it. I want to play a part in Maharishi’s mission to achieve world peace.
