Support Raven Britt's Miraculous Recovery

My daughter, Raven Britt, was involved in a serious single-vehicle accident on Saturday morning, 11/09/24. While on her way to work, her car hydroplaned on Hwy 69 and slammed into a light pole off the interstate. She sustained a spinal injury that should have left her paralyzed, but she amazingly is going to walk! The doctors have told us she is a miracle, one in a million. Her spinal column was completely dislodged, and she sustained fractures in her back, ribs, and leg. She ruptured her spine, had a brain bleed, and a collapsed lung. Most of Saturday morning is a whirlwind blur of emergency rooms in Beaumont and then Memorial Hermann in Houston. By Saturday night, when they took her in for emergency spinal surgery, the fear was real. She had movement in her legs and felt them, but she shouldn't have, and the very surgery that could keep her walking could just as easily cause her to become paralyzed from the waist down.

Fortunately, the surgery was successful, and our little warrior will not only live but walk again. She is only 25 and just really beginning her life. She has a long road to recovery and will have some extraordinary medical bills. She works at Rave Financial, and many have asked about her GoFundMe, so here we are. We don't expect anyone to donate, but for those that wish to, we are doing this. She will be in a hospital for Thanksgiving, but we have so very much to be thankful for.
