Support Raymond Nunez in His Health Battle

My name is Raymond Nunez and I'm a single father of a 14 yr old boy. Presently I have been diagnosed with heart failure 26%, also kidney failure at36%, liver problems and pulmonary fibrosis. I will be having open heart surgery last week of June. Also I have three months to move from my apartment. Presently can't work and won't be able to. I applied for SSD but that takes time.
