Support & Rebuild DashteBarchi, Kabul School
Afghanistan continues to bleed.
On May 8, Lycee Sayed ul-Shuhada (an all girls-School in the Dasht-e-Barchi borough of Kabul) was targeted by terrorists – killing over 25 students and injuring 50+. The death toll is expected to rise.
We are seeking to raise funds to support Lycee Sayed ul-Shahada. We will not let terrorism and extremism win. We are seeking to raise funds to increase the quality of education and covering the cost of education for future students of Lycee Sayeed ul-Shahada.
By donating – you support that education is for all.
“Girls’ education is the single best investment that any society can make.” -Carol Bellamy
All proceeds go towards:
- Any repairs to the school
- Supporting girls education by developing the school facilities and curriculum
- Covering cost of education
Dasht-e-Barchi is a predominantly Hazara and Shia neighborhood in Kabul – ethnic and religious minorities in Afghanistan that are often targeted by deadly attacks. Last May, a “Doctors Without Borders” hospital in this neighborhood was attacked by terrorists.
All proceeds will go to accredited and tax-exempt non-profit educational NGOs that will ensure funds are used for rebuilding and supporting Lycee Sayed ul-Shuhada School.
Take a stand against extremism and fundamentalism. Donate for the education of young girls.
