Support Recovery from Lumbar Surgery

I'm currently experiencing problems with my Lumbar my 3 lower vertebrates are no longer attached, leaving me with my last vertebrae not even aligned with the rest of my spine and do to this my vertebrae not being aligned it is pitching off a nerve that is affecting my statica and my prostate making it very hard for me to unirinat I will be having surgery to hopefully correct this problem but there a 50/50 chance I could come out of my surgery paralyzed. I only have myself and as of now I haven't been approved for disability yet,it's going to be difficult for me to get around so I'm starting this GoFundMe to assist with my bills durning my recovery, and to obtain a Electric bike so I can get around
