Support Redmond Saturday Market's Recovery

Donation protected
Hello wonderful customers and supporters of Redmond Saturday Market. We are completely shocked and saddened by this. It's not easy news to share.

Sometime between last Saturday and yesterday, our storage container on the Overlake Christian Church property was broken into. The thief or thieves cut the heavy lock to gain access, and they stole about two thousand dollars' worth of equipment and supplies from us. Of course, we need these supplies and equipment to operate. They were items like canopy tents, first aid supplies, tools, gloves, cleaning supplies and much more. The police and church have been notified, and our staff are working hard to take the steps needed to recover as quickly and as best as we can from this.

And now, more than ever, we could really use help. Would you consider giving the market a donation in support?

We will humbly be accepting cash and check (made out to Redmond Saturday Market) donations during operating hours (Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm) at the Info Booth. And for those who cannot attend on a Saturday to donate in person, we have created this GoFundMe for online donations. If the market has touched your heart and been important to you over the years, please consider donating what you can. Any amount would be helpful and so graciously appreciated.
We will have heavy expenses next year with our upcoming move as well. Redmond Saturday Market will be moving 2 parking lots over (and closer to the Overlake Christian Church building). Right now we’re located in Parking Lots C & D, and in 2025 RSM will be shifting over to Parking Lots A & B. The moving costs will be heavy as we navigate this change. (The reason for the move is that starting sometime next year, the development of affordable housing will begin where RSM is currently located.)

Thank you from all of us at Redmond Saturday Market. Our vendors. Our staff. Our volunteers. We care about our Eastside community and providing a gathering space for people to enjoy and have access to locally grown and made goods, in support of small businesses.
