Support Rema and Mohammed's Family in Gaza

My name is Anna, and I'm reaching out for my friend Aya and her extended family in Gaza, who urgently need your help. Aya, her husband Hani, their children Rema (1 year old) and Mohammed (4 years old), along with Aya's sister Hala, brothers Mohammed and Ahmed, and their parents Adel and Raeda, are facing an imminent crisis and need funds to evacuate safely amidst ongoing conflict.

This GoFundMe campaign aims to cover their evacuation expenses, medical bills, and living costs, which have escalated due to the occupation. Please note that Aya's brother Hassan, studying engineering in Algeria, is not part of this fundraiser but has also been significantly affected by the conflict.

Aya has shared their dire situation:

"We are a family in Gaza, struggling under constant threat. My father, Adel, a heart patient, lacks vital medication. The war destroyed Ahmed's barbershop and Hala's university. My husband Hani is now unemployed.

Our once happy family now lives in fear and pain. My children, Mohammed and Rema, face daily anxiety, having lost their home and toys. We used to work as motion graphics designers until everything was destroyed.

Mohammed, at 4, dreams of kindergarten but faces uncertainty. Rema, now 1, suffers from chest infections due to poor conditions. My son has hepatitis from contaminated water.

As a mother, it's heartbreaking to see my children suffer. I dream of a safe, happy life away from bombings and fear. The cost to evacuate through Rafah is $5,000 to $8,000 per person.
