Support Renee during back surgery

Let's show her that We've got her BACK!

My sister Renee is one of the kindest most gentle people I know. You may know her as one of Austin's finest singer/song writers. She has also dedicated 30 years of her life to the care and support of children and their families as a doula, newborn care specialist and nanny.
That's a lot of guitars and babies she's held over the years!

Several months ago she suffered a back injury and has tried several remedies including 3 steroid shots in her spine to alleviate the pain. These have only increased her pain and caused her doctors to schedule her for Spinal Surgery Monday February 24th.
They are confident this procedure will relieve her pain and have her back to 100% but she will need a recovery time of 6 weeks to 3 months. She will not be able to work  and will receive no pay during this time as she is self-employed.

 If you know her you probably don’t even realize she is in pain. She is the kind of person who would never ask for financial help. So I’m doing it for her!
She will have no income for 6 weeks, and uncovered medical expenses. She will have unforseeable needs and we her family and friends will be helping her bridge that gap. I’d love to see her be able to rest during her healing time and not worry about financial burdens.
