Support Renee's Battle Against Pancreatic Cancer

Hi, my name is Nikki Hammond. Five years ago, my mother-in-law Renee came to live with me and my wife, her daughter, Faith. In 2021, she suffered a stroke that made her mentally disabled and we became her full-time caregivers. We taught her to talk, brush her teeth, cook small meals while we were at work, etc. She has improved so much and we truly thought we had way more time.

In May of this year, I came home from work to find her incoherent and unable to walk. We called an ambulance and got the worst news possible. Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. She started Chemo in July in hopes that the tumor on her pancreas could shrink enough to be operable. If that is the case then we can have a few more years. If not, we are looking at months.

We as a family are devastated and need help with medical expenses and bills, while we juggle her appointments and caretaking. As hard as it is to think about let alone discuss, we have to plan for her funeral arrangements. Any amount you can donate would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
