Support Rhonda's Memorial Garden

My mom, Rhonda Sarafolean, died on Monday, September 16, exactly one month after her father, my grandfather, died. She spent more than 25 years in Midland, Michigan, and worked at two schools as well as Northwood University. She was quick with a smile, adoring to children, and loved sharing time outdoors in the garden.

We know that my mom touched many lives in Midland. She wished to be buried with her father and family in Nebraska, but we'd like to create a memorial garden with seating in Midland for anyone to visit. This garden will include seating, as well as flowers, grasses, and shrubs of the kinds she loved dearly. The location is being finalized, and we may place a memorial bench at one location, and a separate memorial garden at another location.
