Please Help a Marine Corps veteran replace his stolen truck

My friend Richard Sands is an honorably discharged United States Marine. He is now 61 years old. Richard is an awesome general contractor. Earlier this year he suffered a stroke. While examining and testing for reasons for the stroke, a hole was discovered in his heart, which makes him susceptible to more strokes until the hole is closed. While recuperating from hip replacement surgery in Los Angeles his truck was stolen. Richard could not afford full coverage insurance due to lack of ability to work. Surgery to close the hole in his heart is scheduled for December 2024. I am looking for help to get him a new truck. A decent reliable used pickup truck with warranty he can use would be about $45,000.00
