Support River Stone Families After Hurricane Helene

Historic flooding from Hurricane Helene in Asheville, Fletcher, Hendersonville, and many other NC towns has consumed many of the homes in my sister Wendy’s neighborhood. They will also be without power for about a week.

Those homes that didn’t lose everything have at the very least lost all their perishable groceries. When their power finally comes back, I’d love to distribute as many $100 grocery cards as possible to the homeowners in River Stone subdivision to help them restock their refrigerators.

Insurance will cover damage, but many have high deductibles. Helping cover groceries is a small way we can lighten what has been a traumatic experience.
