Earlier this year, our son Robbie’s life changed forever. A serious side-by-side accident left him with severe injuries, ultimately leading to the amputation of his right arm. For any 17-year-old, this would be a crushing blow. For Robbie, it’s been a call to show what resilience and courage look like.

Robbie has always been an athlete—a dedicated mountain biker and lacrosse player who thrives on challenges. Despite everything, he returned to the NICA mountain biking season just months after the accident, pushing himself through incredible physical and emotional hurdles. Each race brought new obstacles: flat tires, equipment malfunctions, illness—yet Robbie met them all head-on, determined to finish. The grit and heart he’s shown have left us in awe, but his journey is far from over.

Now, we’re raising funds to support Robbie as he navigates this new reality. He needs specialized prosthetics and adaptive equipment to stay competitive and keep doing what he loves. These resources come at a significant cost, but they mean Robbie can continue to live his life to the fullest, defying the odds and inspiring everyone who knows his story.
