Support Robert Doney Sr's Burial

Robert Doney Sr. (Bob/Bobby), 59, passed away on the 2nd of November, 2024, at the University of Kentucky. He was diagnosed with lung cancer 2 years ago, and the experimental drug they had used caused a very serious drug-induced pneumonia, which later unfortunately transitioned into a very aggressive form of pulmonary fibrosis. Robert fought very hard the past year in and out of hospitals, starting at the beginning of October 2023. He came off the vent by a miracle of God in May 2024 after being on it since February 2024, despite the doctors saying he never would. He was able to spend the few months he had left with his family. Unfortunately, in early October 2024, he was forced back into the hospital as his pulmonary fibrosis had advanced to the point his body could not fight it anymore, and he passed late on November 2nd with all his family by his side.

Robert is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, brother, sister-in-law, nephews, and nieces.

We are all devastated by Robert's loss, and we were not prepared for the high cost of his burial. We want to give Robert the burial he deserves, to lay him at rest and say our last goodbyes. We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Robert's funeral.
