Support Rodney's Family in Funeral Costs

Our father, Rodney Dean Whitten, passed away peacefully on Thursday the 27th of June at the age of 65 years after battling cancer. He passed quietly and without pain, surrounded by family, and holding the hands of loved ones.

Our family is now in the very difficult process of finding a way to piece together the funeral and burial costs. His funeral is this Thursday, July 11, 2024 and all costs have to be paid by then. While we initially thought we had gathered enough funds to cover his final expenses, we have received an updated invoice from the funeral home and cemetery that has put us considerably over the amount we'd previously saved for.

As uncomfortable as it makes us to do so, we are asking for the support of our community as we try to make up the difference, honor our father, and say our final goodbyes. We are so grateful for your love and support during this difficult time!
