Support Rohen's Battle Against Seizures
Donation protected
Hey Everyone, my name is Kristin Albanese. I'm hoping to alleviate some of the financial burden our dear friends are experiencing right now. Josh is one of the Massage Therapists at Alliance Sports Medicine. He is the sole provider for his family. His angel wife, Danielle, is home full-time to take care of all the necessary needs for their sweet Rohen. That being said, six weeks ago, their son Ro started experiencing tonic and clonic seizures in addition to the ongoing battle he has faced. This is just the most recent episode. He, as well as his family, have been in and out of the ER since then, still searching for answers. A week ago, Rohen had a 20-minute absence seizure episode that landed him back in the emergency room. He was then transferred to CHOA because of his seizures continuing in frequency, over 70 seizures in one day. After another week of testing and more medication in the hospital, they are hoping to get discharged this weekend. They seem to have his visible daytime seizures under control but are still hoping nighttime seizures can continue to improve.
Life is full of uncertainty, and I can't imagine the pain parents have to endure when our children have to face hard battles in life. There aren't always answers, and money does not fix everything, but it can help give a little bit of peace during those hardships.Peace for Josh to have more flexibility to focus on his family as they continue to climb this upward hill in the coming months. Security for Danielle to know she is not alone. There is one amazing community around them shedding love, support, and continued prayers.
Any donation is greatly appreciated and will go directly to Josh and Danielle. Rohen is one of the strongest little boys I know. Always smiling despite the challenges he has had to face at such a young age. His faith is something I admire greatly and I know his story is meant to be heard.
