Support Ronie Longoria's Memorial Fund

This past Friday, I lost my partner, my lover, and my best friend, Ronie Longoria, unexpectedly. I was already at my lowest when I discovered that we had canceled her life insurance when I declined my health coverage in January of 2024. We made these decisions because of Ronie's rising health expenses, and I needed to bring home more per paycheck to support our household. I had no idea when we made those choices that I would be planning Ronie's memorial in September 2024.

We are a one-income family due to Ronie's health. We live paycheck to paycheck like many others in this economy. This has been a challenging year with Ronie's mother, Sandy, in hospice care, the loss of my father in August, and Ronie's continued health issues. Since Ronie's passing, I have been asked, how can I help? What can we do? Please let us know if you need anything.

I am a very private person, and my pride has made me silent to all of those offers of help. I reached out to several members of my family for guidance and advice. They all agreed that it's okay to let people help you with something so unexpected and overwhelming as this.
