Support Rowdy's Training for Adoption

We try not to fundraise too often, knowing there are so many calls on your wallets but we need your help. It is not enough for us to rescue and house dogs; we need to find them homes, and that sometimes means professional training to make them adoptable.

We are starting with ball boy, Rowdy. As near as we can determine, his late, elderly owner kept him crated a great deal of the time. This led to him having issues (not just while crated). It also meant that he had no choice but to eliminate in his crate. That makes it harder to housebreak him in the kennel. He is a loving and lovable young dog who needs this boost to help him find a home and keep it. Once we have him settled, we will move on to one of the other dogs who has been here too long and needs this extra care we simply do not have the personnel and expertise to give.

The board and train is expensive; $165 a day for dedicated and focused help. Rowdy is so worth it and we believe this reset will not be a long process and we will look for an adopter while this goes on.
