Support Ruthnie Auguste in Memory of Marie Elie

Dear Friends and Community,

We at the SBDC at FIU are coming together to support our dear colleague, Ruthnie Auguste, during a time of immense grief and loss. Ruthnie’s beloved mother, Marie Elie, passed away on September 21, 2024, after a courageous battle with diabetes. Marie was born on January 1, 1969, in Ferrier, Haiti, and just last year, on June 26, she joined Ruthnie and her husband in Miami, becoming part of our #305 family.

Marie had a heart full of joy, always smiling through life, and she lived to serve and uplift others. Her kindness and love touched everyone who knew her, and her loss is deeply felt by her family, friends, and community.

In memory of Marie’s noble spirit and to help Ruthnie navigate the financial challenges of her mother’s funeral and medical expenses, we are asking for your support. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference and help ease the burden during this difficult time. Let’s come together to show Ruthnie and her family that they are not alone.
